The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and my dentist was thorough and non-judgemental of my lack of regular cleanings. After a comprehensive initial exam, I was able to get a complete deep cleaning the same day, and I’m heading back next week for some fillings. I’m excited to get back on top of my dental health.

Hi everyone, I just moved to Chicago and found this fantastic place. I’m a new patienta nd had wisdom teeth extraction and deep cleaning in this location. My experience with Dr. Jose and Claudia has been unique, both are very professional and I didn’t feel any pain during the extraction and cleaning. I’m so happy with my experience and I will continue my Invisalign treatment with them. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place. Also, they speak Spanish.

Happy that the office reopened after a pandemic closure for a few months, coming back to my dentist was a joy. Its rare for people to say that about a dentist office, but this is a collegial, supportive, welcoming environment!

My family always receives high quality dental care here and we get actionable advice on how we can also improve our dental health. A lot of dentists in the past would not give me the real story on my dental health and led me to become lazy and complacent with my habits. I’m glad that I am confident my dentist now truly cares about the health of my family’s dental health.

I was so nervous going in for a cleaning . The young lady who did my cleaning was sooo gentle I did not feel any pressure. In scraping the teeth didn’t get nervous at all! It was a beautiful experience cause I get very nervous just hearing the noise when working on someone. I do recommend anyone who is nervous like me go you won’t regret it. The staff are also so wonderful they greet you with a smile and answer any question you may have. And Dr.Jose so professional and funny at the same time. I now really enjoy going to my dentist office. Ready for another cleaning

Love this place. I got dental implants and the work they did was amazing. The doctors are bilingual, very friendly and the equipment they use is great!!! My treatment required me to visit multiple times. Every visit I had to wait no more than 5 minutes from the time I walked in until they took care of me. I would recommend this place as the service is great and the doctors are professionals.

I absolutely love Family Dental Care, the office staff are so inviting.  The atmosphere is welcoming and Dr. Piccolo cares about her patients.  My daughter who’s 5 years old asked to come back to the dentist after having a cavity filled!  I learned  brought my visit that I’ve been flossing my teeth and brushing the wrong way, guess who taught me, Dr. Piccolo!  I’m so happy to have found a dentist office I can trust.  I highly recommend this office for young children and adults.

I had my first appointment on 10/4/15. I was very pleased with Dr. Piccolo and her staff.  Dr. Piccolo took her time to explain the procedures that I needed to have done. Her staff was very helpful by providing me with information about my insurance coverage. I will have all of my dental work done at Family Dental Care and hope to become a long term patient. Finding a dentist that feel comfortable with isn’t easy. I’m happy I found mine! I highly recommend Family Dental Care your kind…

This is rare to say…but I really love going to the dentist! First time coming to this office and the staff was so friendly. The office feels so cozy and relaxing. The doctor was very attentive. I found my primary dentist!

I have been a patient at this practice for 7 years and am very pleased with the care I received there. It is easy to get appointments and they are flexible. They have regularly updated their technology with screens in all rooms and involve you in your care by showing you the X-Rays and any issues with your teeth. This year, I began to see Dr. Piccolo and she is very thorough and attentive in her care. I would definitely recommend her or Dr. Villa to friends/family.

Caring, responsive, supportive and professional – this dental group exceeded our expectations.  My husband found himself in need off immediate attention with two different dental specialities.  We were working through his primary dentist for referrals and were astounded by how difficult it was to coordinate office visits.  Some of the referrals didn’t even bother asnwering the phone others didn’t work on Fridays.  Finally we found the Lincoln Park group and they were able to work my husband in for both his root canals and tooth extraction in the same visit with two different doctors within 24 hours.  They understood that time was of the essence and worked hard to make the scheduling work for us.  More importantly they reviewed his file and examined him to develop the best approach for saving his original teeth and minimizing the complexity.  Raquel spent time with both of us on the phone walking us through the procedures, possible outcomes, impact to insurance billing, and next steps.  She made sure we understood what could happen and followed up with us immediately following the doctor’s recommendations.  I was extremeley impressed by the time they took to ensure we understood options, outcomes and implications.  I will be recommending this group to all of my friends and family!
